The purpose of the study was to explore the characteristics of the concrete operational stage among primary school students in Loralai. All the students studying in classes 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th at Government Girls High School Muhallah Kudezai comprise the population of the study. The total number of students was 223. Out of the total population, 187 students were randomly selected from the sampled school. An activity sheet based on six characteristics of Jean Piaget's cognitive development theory was constructed. The collected data were analyzed with the help of percentages. The findings of the study concluded that the students in Grades III, IV, V, and VI possess the characteristics of conservation, classification, transitivity, reversibility, seriation and decentration.
